Since blogging is the "new" thing, I've decided to try my hand. After our adventures with the Gulf's hurricanes, this seems a good way to ease the stress and get back to work!
About hurricanes - Whew! I think the preparations and the stress that goes with not knowing what could happen is a good way to raise a person's blood pressure. Now, we are learning how to board up and shop - in case. I've bought enough candles to light half the neighborhood and my pantry is full of "heat and serve" meals. Anyone for Spam?
